No matter what kind of pavement you have, there will always come a day where you need to replace or repair the existing pavement. Even with routine maintenance, you will still eventually need to repair pavement that is unsafe or unsightly due to age. While sealcoating is a great option for prolonging the longevity of your pavement overall, even with sealcoating and routine repairs, you will need to either resurface or repave one day.
In this project, we completely refurbished this parking lot with a simple and cost-effective asphalt resurface. Asphalt resurfacing is a much more cost effective option when repairing pavement. We start by repairing any cracks visible on the surface. After that we simply apply new asphalt over top, and potentially apply sealcoating for even more strength and durability. Upon completion of the paving work we line striped the designated area as per customer specifications.
